CW2 Labourers

We’re seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Machine Operators to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision projects in Toowoomba.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:

• General civil labouring on subdivision and road projects
• Assisting with trenching, pit & pipe, conduits, site prep and clean-up
• Operating machinery such as excavators, rollers, loaders, and skid steers (if ticketed)
• Working within a team to meet project targets safely and efficiently

What You’ll Need:

• White Card (essential)
• Experience in civil or subdivision works
• Machine tickets and VOCs (highly regarded)
• Reliable licence and transport – some sites are remote
• Strong safety awareness and a solid work ethic
