About the Role
The Customer Service Representative role is crucial in supporting the rollout of the School Saving Bonus (SSB) within the Financial Services Division. You will be responsible for assisting schools, families, and external partners by providing key customer service support for the SSB portal and managing enquiries from various stakeholders. This role involves handling phone calls, emails, and maintaining accurate records, as well as ensuring that all relevant resources and documentation are kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Assist users with the School Saving Bonus Portal, addressing enquiries from schools, families, and suppliers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage enquiries through email and phone communication, providing timely and clear responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record Management: Appropriately manage records and ensure all customer interactions are logged and updated.
• Resource and Documentation Management: Help maintain up-to-date and accurate SSB resources and documentation to support stakeholders.
About You
• Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service, especially to customers from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds (CALD) and those with varying digital literacy levels.
• Experience in Communication Channels: Proficient in managing both phone-based support and email/written communications with stakeholders.
• Multi-tasking and Prioritisation: Ability to manage high volumes of calls and emails, effectively prioritising tasks and working under pressure.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with an ability to work within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Office Attendance: Baseline expectation is to work in the office (2 Treasury Pl, East Melbourne) for 3 days per week.
The Benefits
• $ – $ per hour Super
• Contract until 31 March
• Location: 2 Treasury Pl, East Melbourne
• Full-time hours: 7.6 hours per day, 38 hours per week
• Start ASAP – candidates should provide their earliest available start date to prepare for the program’s go-live.
• Opportunity for Extension – A small team will be retained until 30 June to provide ongoing support towards the end of the rollout.
