The Role
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting the effective day to day running of our branches. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from customers and sub-contractors via phone, email or in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will manage communication between our subcontractors, warehousing staff, stock controllers and external companies, utilizing our systems to track stock, create hire agreements with customers and processing payments. The Customer Service Representative must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a polite and professional phone manner.
You
• Are proactive and diligent with a strong desire to learn and grow – even if you lack experience in the hire industry (training will be provided).
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to new software systems.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Have strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excel in organisation and time management.
• Can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Are able to priortise tasks and apply a problem-solving mindset.
