What You Will Be Doing

  • Branch administration including filing, banking and preparation of rental agreements
  • Process counter and phone enquiries/bookings
  • Ensure accurate processing of all invoices and rental agreements
  • Ensure cash handling and debtor guidelines are followed
  • Develop Customer Relationships
  • Cleaning rental vehicles prior to dispatch and incoming
  • Use of high pressure hose
  • Cleaning of warehouse
  • Assisting Maintenance where required
  • Completing car inspections upon return

What You Will Need

  • Basic Computer Skills (experience with MS Office)
  • Previous Admin Experience
  • general knowledge of vehicle parts and structure
  • Attention to detail when cleaning
  • Willingness to assist and support in all branch activities
  • Minimum WA C class manual licence (HR licence preferred)
