The requirements | What it takes to do this workNo matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a Customer Service Officer, youll also need:
- Extensive customer service experience in a customer facing role
- Demonstrated experience in reception duties, cash handling, invoice cost coding, and strong data entry skills
- Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated strengths in planning, time management, flexibility and technology use
- An understanding of the needs of older people
