Our client is a global pharmaceutical company who has a passion for science technology and innovation. Seeking a full-time Customer Service Consultant to join their team in Bayswater location in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a 3 month contract role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service admin, phone call support and order entry
- Follow up on customer order tracking / ETA
- Customer support on emails and other queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with growth mindset
- Experience with SAP
- Previous customer service experience
- Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP
- Science background or worked at scientific company
- Bayswater based role in Melbourne
- Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm full-time
- Onsite parking, Café, new modern designed offices
- Contract role until 25 January 2024
- $36.50 – $40/hr depending on experience
