We operate as a wholesaler into Australian retail markets and industrial markets as well as export markets around the world.

Job Description

This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer service experience for Sunbeam Foods’ valued clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Proactively address any potential order discrepancies or issues, escalating them when necessary.
  3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, including order history, special requirements, and contact information. Prepare necessary documentation, such as invoices, shipping documents, and export-related paperwork. 
  4. Problem Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Liaise with internal departments, such as Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to address any product-related concerns or quality issues impacting customers.
  5. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any queries they may have.
