To continue our success, we are now recruiting a customer experience specialist who understands customer greeting/service. As a support to our Aftercare sales consultant, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of aftercare sales.   
  
About the role: 
  
Customer Service  

  • Being the first point of contact for all clients who visit the Dealership
  • Delivering 5 Star customer service to all visitors to the Dealership
  • Help fulfil customer requests, clarify desired information, direct to the appropriate department/staff member and forward requests
  • Liaise with the dealership departments to gain a who is available to understand if there are any scheduled appointments
  • Update relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately using multiple computer software systems
  • Assist in driving an effective performance culture through set KPIs

  

Secondary duties, assisting with After Market Sales

  • Assist the Aftermarket Sales Consultant with engaging potential customers to promote aftermarket products
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
  • Prepare and present quotes to customers for aftermarket products and services
  • Be a part of finalising the sale and follow up with customers post-purchase
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth installation and delivery of aftermarket products

About you:  

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track/experience in a previous frontline role.
  • As a first point of contact, your personality and energy will reflect the importance of meeting first impressions and customer standards required in the role.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be a motivated self-starter
  • Applicants must hold a valid Victorian Drivers Licence
