Cultivation and Process Worker

AWX is currently seeking reliable and hardworking staff for ongoing cultivation and processing work at a well-established facility in Armidale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive environment with immediate start available.

What you’ll do:

• Performing cultivation and general process work
• Labelling, bottling, and packaging products
• Conducting quality control checks
• Maintaining a clean and sterile working environment

What you’ll need:

• Must have a clean Australian police check
• Previous experience in horticulture or production required
• Subject to random drug testing on site
• Comfortable working in sterile rooms and controlled temperatures
• Must be able to wear Full PPE: bodysuits, gloves, hair/beard nets, boot covers, etc.
• WHV (Working Holiday Visa) holders encouraged to apply
• Must provide own accommodation(Caravan Park nearby – ideal for van travellers)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow strict hygiene protocols
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and teamwork

Benefits:

• $/hr, paid weekly
• Day shift: 6am – 2pm (up to 10 hours/day)
• Monday to Friday roster
• Ongoing, stable work with opportunities to grow
• 1 week on / 1 week off roster during harvest periods (where applicable)
