Cruise Attendant / Stewardess

Diversity Charters is a small group luxury adventure cruise company specialising in charters through the Kimberley, West Coast, and the Rowley Shoals. We are a dynamic and fun company with a thirst for adventure.

Commencing in February, we now have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and bubbly Cruise Attendant (Steward/Stewardess) to join our dedicated crew in delivering an unforgettable cruise experience for our 12 guests on board.

Based out of Broome, your main responsibilities include:

• Working closely and supporting the chef during meal preparation and service
• Assist the skipper in organising and arranging guest activities, eg: bonfire night, beach barbeques, waterhole lunches.
• Drinks preparation and drinks service in the afternoon
• Daily housekeeping of all living areas and guest cabins
• Daily laundry service for the guests
• Assist in ordering of consumables when required

Experience and Skills Required:

• Demonstrated experience in housekeeping in a busy hospitality environment
• Bubbly, polite and fun disposition, you are key to ensuring our guests are taken care of 24/7
• Be able and willing to work long shifts (18 -30 days at sea), roster is typically a 28 and 10 or 36 and 18 day rotation, dependent on the vessel itinerary.
• Previous cruise experience is desirable
• First Aid ticket desirable
• Bar or Restaurant experience desirable
• Coxswains ticket to operate 6m tenders would be an advantage
