Work for a leading tier one main contractor on a landmark $100mil CBD Fit Out & Refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contract administrator/quantity surveyor to join a well-known builder with an excellent reputation. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contract negotiating and letting
  • Client coordination and liaison
  • Budget Estimate and reporting/overseeing project costs
  • Administration of RFIS
  • Monitor, prepare, and manage variations and progress claims

To be considered for the role of contract administrator with this builder you will require:

  • Construction Management/Building degree or equivalent
  • Proven industry experience on $50mil projects
  • Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety, and time requirements.
  • A passion for building and working on iconic / luxury projects
  • Excellent work ethic with a true motivation to progress your career with an iconic builder.
  • Strong communication skills
