Responsibilities

  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements

 

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • A stable track record at CA or PC level within the commercial construction sector with a head contractor is essential – up to 3 yrs experience for the intermediate roles, 8 yrs for the senior role
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with subcontractors for mutually beneficial outcomes
  • A degree qualification in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Proven ability to utlise cost management softward such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
