- Hours: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week (MondayFriday, 7am7pm rotating roster)

About the Role
As a Customer Concierge Operator, you will handle inbound enquiries across various channels, assisting NSW residents with a range of services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate, timely and empathetic customer support
- Navigating multiple systems and using strong written and verbal communication
- Delivering service with professionalism and integrity
Roster:
- MondayFriday rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm
- Rostered on the same shift for 4 weeks before rotation
- Never work the same shift consecutively across two rosters
Work from Home (WFH):
- Training & nesting are 100% on-site
- Hybrid work is possible but conditional on performance, business needs, and internet capability
- On-site attendance required at least 2 days per month
About You We are looking for candidates with:
- 23 years’ customer service experience (call centre, admin or retail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Teams)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong email etiquette, typing and navigation skills
- Experience in a government or office environment (desirable)
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be based in NSW
- Must pass a High-Risk Police Check
- Two recent professional references required
- Must be able to attend an in-person Assessment Centre on Wednesday 11 June in Newcastle (approx. 90 minutes)
