Join Our Team of Precast Concrete Labourers
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team for Precast Concrete Works. Positions are available in a variety of roles including:
- Steel Fixers
- Concrete Finishers
- Mould Production Specialists
- General Labourers (hand and power tool exposure)
- Form-work Carpenters
- Site Preparation & Material Handling
- Quality Control Assistants
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing steel reinforcement for precast concrete products
- Finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard.
- Assisting in the production and assembly of concrete moulds.
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all precast elements meet the quality standards.
- General site duties including material handling, cleaning, and assisting senior staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in precast concrete works or similar construction roles is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a construction environment.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen
- Must have a licence and reliable transport
- Team player with good communication skills.
