As our new Community Services Manager, you will be the senior leader with overall responsibility for managing, leading and governing all RSL LifeCare Home Care operations across Western regional NSW including Kandos, Dubbo and Mudgee. You will support a team of case managers, team leader, support workers, admin staff and a clinical team with oversight from the Clinical Care Manager.
Flexible base location: Kandos with weekly travel to our Dubbo office or Dubbo with weekly travel to our Kandos office.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and one that is constantly evolving. Overseeing the community care functions, you will drive an effective, efficient, and scalable operation that is always focused on delivering superior service and continuous progress.

You will have:
- Experience in a community-based sector with government funding
- Significant and demonstrable experience as a people leader
- Customer centric focus and passionate about delivering innovative holistic care and services for the benefit of the client, employees, and the community
- Demonstrated successful management of teams through your highly developed leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- ‘Hands-on’ experience where you have successfully navigated through challenges to achieve objectives, analyse data, and identify risks
- Crucial to your success in this role is your demonstrated people leadership, and your ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and deliver superior outcomes
