Communications Manager based in Bathurst or Orange
 

As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing communications strategies to align with VERTOs strategic goals. You will provide high level advice, lead a dynamic team and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.

  

About the role


As part of VERTOs Management Team, you will deliver an integrated communications strategy across the VERTO group of companies. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective communication plans
  • Manage media relations
  • Oversee digital and print content creation
  • Event management and sponsorship activities

About you


This role requires a strategic thinker which exceptional writing skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • Qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations with a minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Proven people management skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of current trends and best practice
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated advanced writing skills and the ability to prepare and manage communications materials tailored to varying stakeholders
