About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Nurse to join our high performing and energetic neurosurgery team.

This role will see you supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and act as a professional resource, leader, and support person for your fellow team members, and to provide patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialised care.

Your Skills and Experience

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 4 years perioperative experience essential
• Minimum 2 years experience within the areas of specialty essential
• Proven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professional
• Team leading experience
• Possess excellent time management skills and well development clinical problem-solving skills
• A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
• Post graduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essential

Remuneration

$ – $ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
