Civil Supervisor

IMC is currently looking for a dedicated Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis. If you have a good understanding of Bulk Earthworks in particular running a fleet of 657 Scrapers this is the role for you.

As a Civil Supervisor you will be responsible for IMC employees and Contractors, looking after grub and burrow pit management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take accountability and coordinate project activities.
• Interface with the client on operational and safety performance.
• Coach and support teams to achieve operational requirements safely.
• Ensure strict adherence to safe work practices.
• Actively participate in collaborative meetings and safety feedback.
• Enforce rigorous compliance with Zero Harm principles daily.
• Understand and improve targets and plans to support the operations team.
• Continually review the weekly operations plan and cascade goals to daily performance targets.

About You:

• Section 44- Working towards your Section 26 (Minimum)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships.
• Solid knowledge of OH&S regulations, procedures, and policies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to empower operational crews.
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to complete a full pre-employment medical, including a drug screen.
• Provide a current police clearance.
