Civil Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Site Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of work across Adelaide. The Opportunity

As Civil Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of civil construction projects, overseeing site operations from start to finish. Projects span a diverse range of civil works, offering variety, challenge, and ongoing development.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and work with a company that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials, and labour
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve high performance outcomes
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, report on performance, and proactively manage risks
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil construction
• Strong background across a range of civil projects (e.g. earthworks, roads, pavements, services, subdivisions, drainage)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
