Civil Pipe Layers
Job highlights:
Day shifts, Various shifts available
6.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday
50 Hours a week
Work on major projects in the South East Queensland Region (Gold Coast through to Sunshine Coast)
$39 – $ per hour, plus penalties and super
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience working on Civil Projects
- Demonstrated experience laying sewer, storm water and water main.
- Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Capable of shooting and reducing levels using Dumpy level
- Ability to set-up pipe laser
- Ability to read, interpret and understand plans and standards
- Confined space, quick cut, front end loader tickets (desirable)
- Plumbing qualification – Desirable but not essential
Benefits:
8 – 10 hour day shifts available
50 Hours a Week
$39 – $ per hour plus penalties (travel and meal) plus super- depending on experience
3 -6 Months worth of work with the potential to be taken over.
