Civil Engineers – Site, Project & Senior levels

We are currently seeking Civil Engineers at all levels to join our growing team. Opportunities are available for Site, Project, and Senior Civil Engineers who are looking to work on challenging and rewarding projects across the civil and infrastructure sectors.

Rosters, site uplifts, flights, accommodation, and vehicles may apply depending on the project and level of the role.    

Key role tasks:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering documentation, designs, and technical reports.
  • Support project teams with scheduling, cost control, and resource planning.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed to specification and quality standards.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation across projects.

 Key capability requirements:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field are essential;
  • Demonstrated analytical and design skills;
  • Practical knowledge in investigation, design and construction of civil works;
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) demonstrating the ability to interact with internal customers, external stakeholders and clients;
  • Ability to develop and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees, contractors and visitors;
  • Strong level of computer skills, including Microsoft, Suretrak / Primavera and AutoCAD;
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote cohesive teamwork;
  • Personal flexibility to operate in a dynamic work environment.
