Civil Construction Labourers Plant Operators

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Plant Operators to support ongoing civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Spotting machinery and working around underground and overhead services
• Supporting plant operators and site supervisors
• General civil labouring duties

Plant Operation (if ticketed) Depending on your qualifications, duties may include operating:

• Roller
• Moxy
• Water Cart
• Excavator (Bulk or Final Trim, including GPS)

Tickets & Experience Required To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Full Australian working rights
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Minimum 6 months experience in civil earthworks
• Drivers Licence and reliable transport
• RII or VOC plant tickets (essential for operator roles)
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work both in a team and independently
