We are seeking a dedicated Change Manager to guide, manage, and implement change processes across our organization. The individual will plan, design, and execute change strategy to maximize adoption and reduce resistance to integrating ICT systems for an acquisition of Sedgman.
Responsibilities:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Prepare and implement project plans to manage the change portfolio.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify potential issues and risks.
- Develop and deliver training programs to align with the change strategy.
- Collaborate with management, HR, project teams, and other staff to drive successful change.
- Prepare and present reports on progress of the change management programs.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
- Respond to any incidents that occur during the change process and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Change Manager or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Outstanding ability to handle resistance and get buy-in.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure change management will be advantageous.
- Degree in business administration, HR, or relevant field; a certification in change management is preferred.
