Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for skilled Carpenters to join a small, tight-knit local crew based in Gladstone. This is a hands-on role with a strong team culture, working mainly on residential / Commercial carpentry projects with only minimal travel required. Most work is in Gladstone, with some projects scheduled in Agnes for the remainder of the year.
This is a great chance to build long-term stability while working close to home in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
Location: Gladstone and Agnes Water (Vehicle is provided)
Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon–Fri), overtime is also on offer
Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity
🔨 Scope of Works Includes:
- Residential carpentry and finishing works
- Occasional small concreting tasks (formwork, steel fixing, pours, and finishes)
- Reading and interpreting plans to deliver quality results
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace
🧰 Skills & Experience Required:
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with residential/site-based experience
- Competence in formwork and small concreting methods
- Strong understanding of WHS and proactive safety practices
- Construction White Card
- Reliability, initiative, and strong communication skills
