Situated in the picturesque Bayside suburb of Mordialloc, Whitewater proudly offers the areas most comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in Mordialloc.

This is not your typical role. 

As a Care Manager (Div 1/ Grade 5), you will thrive being on the floor providing hands-on care alongside a high performing team who excel in providing quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones.

What youll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive nursing with an individualised, person-centred approach
  • Manage medication and wound care
  • Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies
  • Contribute to continuous clinical improvement to delivery excellence in care
  • Support residents, families and visitors in a highly professional manner
  • Ensure assessments, care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately, on time and well documented
  • Assist with clinical education and competency of staff
  • Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture

Hours of Work

  • Onsite
  • Monday to Friday
  • (or variation depending on operational needs)

Things that matter to us 

  • Two years experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1)
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
