Our client currently has vacancies, requiring individual who have call centre experience, and are process driven.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Operator, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers within the telecommunications sector. You will handle a variety of inquiries, including upgrading their 3G network, troubleshoot mobile phone and wireless connection issues, and provide top-notch support. This role offers extensive paid training, hands-on experience, and the chance to learn from industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist with mobile and wireless connection problems.
- Apply technical knowledge to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of record keeping
Requirements:
- Prior call centre and case management experience.
- High-level of communication skills (written and verbal).
- Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new applications.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
- Availability to work 38 hours a week within 8 am – 8 pm (Monday – Friday) and 8 am – 6 pm (Saturday).
