Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Position Type: 3 months Casual Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: $ per hour Super (Dependant on experience)
Location: East Perth, WA
Role Overview: Responsible for managing and maintaining employee training records, ensuring compliance with mandatory qualifications and certifications, and proactively tracking and following up on training completion to meet organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities;
- Accurately entering employee training data into internal systems to ensure up-to-date records.
- Maintaining and updating training matrices by recording completion dates for various training programs.
- Collecting, filing, and organizing copies of qualifications, certifications, and tickets to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proactively following up on outstanding mandatory inductions to ensure all those meet required training and certification deadlines.
- General administrative duties
Essential to be successful in this role:
- Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
- Proficient with MS office, specifically Excel
- Experience with Record Management Processes
- Effective stakeholder engagement experience is key
