We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Labourforce headquarters in Wetherill Park and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving success in the sector.

Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager, youll play a crucial role in achieving state and individual sales goals, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and managing client relationships. Youll be interacting with clients, candidates, and internal teams, guiding new client implementations from planning through to execution. This role is an excellent stepping stone, with career progression pathways within our company.

We see the Western Sydney International Airport as a key driver of employment growth over the next years. Consequently, experience and expertise in the Western Sydney Industrial Area including Horsley Park, Erskine Park, Kemps Creek, Orchard Hills, Luddenham and Eastern Creek will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Growth & Development: Implementing and executing a sales plan, meeting and exceeding KPIs, and actively pursuing new client relationships.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Initiating and maintaining strong connections with your new clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any feedback or issues efficiently.
  3. Health & Safety Leadership: Upholding workplace safety standards for our candidates, ensuring all placements meet the required compliance and training needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Understanding of Award Interpretation, Workers Comp Industry Codes & overall knowledge of the safety landscape for this business sector. Ideally minimum 5 years in a business-to-business (B2B) sales, industrial labour hire recruitment.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, a team player, and someone who thrives on client success and growth. Confident communicator.
