As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in growing our client’s presence across the Queensland region. Your main focus will be cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, driving client acquisition, implementing strategic business objectives, and achieving targets through effective planning and execution.
- Based in Sunnybank, Queensland.
- $100k base salary super commission OTE $120k
- $18k car allowance Fuel Card E Toll
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and acquire new business/customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Identify business opportunities and negotiate new deals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide market feedback.
- Conduct regular meetings and produce monthly sales reports.
- Drive product and sales training among distribution channels.
About You:
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Resilient, results-driven, and competitive with a winning attitude.
- Industry experience in HVAC or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with engineering software is advantageous.
- HVAC trade qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
