WOW Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client in Adelaide in the commercial lighting space!
Location: Adelaide (primarily metro with some regional travel)
Work Model: Fully remote, work-from-home and out visiting clients
Salary: $75k Super car allowance uncapped commissions (OTE $130k-$140k)

Our client provides cost-effective LED lighting and energy services to commercial sectors, leveraging government subsidies to reduce costs for clients across industries like schools, industrial facilities, and shopping centers.
The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll directly engage with potential clients through a mix of cold calling and face-to-face meetings, including door-to-door outreach. This role is a great fit if you thrive on autonomy, have strong cold-calling skills, and can generate your own leads in a high-growth, uncapped-commission setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive client outreach, primarily face-to-face.
- Build relationships with commercial customers across varied industries.
- Work independently to achieve revenue, call volume, and customer acquisition targets.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- LED lighting or energy/solar background is ideal
- Strong cold caller, adept at face-to-face sales and independently generating leads.
- Authentic and relatable, dynamic, commission-driven, and growth-oriented.
- Independent and flexible, with a chameleon-like adaptability to connect with diverse clients.
