Your new role
As the Bookkeeper, youll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a hands-on position requiring experience across the full spectrum of bookkeeping responsibilities.
What you’ll need to succeed
- End-to-End Payroll Processing – ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Accounts Payable & Receivable – managing invoices, payments, and collections
- Purchase Orders – creation and management of PO systems
- Bank & Debit Card Reconciliations – maintaining accurate financial records
- Tax Lodgements – including Payroll Tax, PAYG, BAS, and Superannuation
- Ad Hoc Administration – supporting the wider team with general office duties
What you’ll get in return
- Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping role
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll and tax compliance
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar)
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
