We are currently seeking experienced Bogger Operators, Charge Up Operators, and Shotfirers for ongoing FIFO opportunities across multiple sites.
These roles offer long-term work, competitive rates, and the chance to join high-performing production teams in the mining sector.

About the Roles


Bogger Operators

• Operate underground loaders (CAT, Sandvik, Epiroc)
• Load and haul ore and waste efficiently
• Maintain safe production targets

Charge Up Operators

• Charging development and production headings
• Handling and loading explosives in accordance with site procedures
• Working closely with Shotfirers and production crews

Shotfirers

• Conduct safe and efficient blast activities
• Manage blast plans and timing
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

To be considered, you will need:

• Proven underground mining experience in your relevant role
• Current Shotfirer Licence (for Shotfirer roles)
• Dangerous Goods / Explosives tickets (for Charge Up roles)
• Relevant operating tickets and VOCs (for Bogger Operators)
• Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Valid drivers licence
• Full Australian working rights

Highly regarded:

• Previous experience in hard rock underground mining
• Experience on major WA mine sites
• Additional machinery tickets
