About our role:
As a Blast Hole Driller at the Mt Holland Project, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of drilling operations supporting one of Australias premier lithium developments. Working within a high performing team, you will have experience operating Sandvik Leopards and DPI and be able to achieve production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. This role offers the opportunity to work on a long-term project within a collaborative site culture, contributing directly to the success of a world-class operation.

Your Focus in this Role:

• Safe and efficient operation of rigs in accordance with site procedures
• Drilling to plan and ensuring compliance is completed
• Accurately record daily drilling and production information
• Able to adapt to changing site conditions and work priorities
• Maintain a safe approach to work and look out for the safety of those around you

What Youll Bring:

• Proven experience operating Sandvik DPI and Leopard rigs
• Demonstrated experience drilling within a hard rock mining environment
• Strong awareness of site safety and procedures
• Reliable work ethic with a consistent approach to attendance and performance
• Previous experience working in hot or challenging environmental conditions
• Current and valid WA Drivers Licence
• Current DGSC or the ability to obtain one (desirable)
• Current National Police Clearance within 6 months
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical & DAS
