Bill Of Materials Coordinator

With an immediate start, you will be required to:

• Manage and maintain master data associated with Kits in the ERP system, develop and maintain documentation, including Work Instructions, Policies, Procedures and Process Maps
• Ensure BOM accuracy to improve inventory planning and forecasting while still reflecting the OEM strategy
• Collaborate with Planning and Procurement and external stakeholders to optimise BOM structures and adjust for supply constraints
• Provide reports and insights on Kit program logic and effectiveness, support and train users on BOM management and reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with QA and HSE policies and procedures.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification
• Strong knowledge of production and inventory management principles, stock controls and production processes
• The ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and schematics with a proficiency in ERP systems with advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills with application of Power BI and reporting
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives and risk mitigation
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.

Applicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.
