From our humble beginning in with our first shop only fitting 99 bikes in the store, we are now the largest bicycle retailer in Australia and stretch across the globe with retail stores in the UK and New Zealand. 99 Bikes has a loyal customer base with over 75,000 Club 99 Members in NZ, speaking to the incredible customer experience we provide in store alongside offering a huge range of great value products. 

Our vision is to be The Worlds Most Approachable Bike Shops. Our shop teams are filled with driven consultants on the sales floor and skilled mechanics in the workshop. Our main support office is based in Brisbane, with some local on the ground support team members spread throughout the states.

About The Role:

We are looking for high-achieving mechanics who are motivated to provide one on one service to our customers and complete efficient, quality services and bike builds. 

  • You dont need to know everything about bikes. A mechanical aptitude is a great foundation.
  • We offer complete on the job training and support
  • Each team has regular meeting rhythms, plus individual 1on1 coaching and development
  • Tiered financial payments and rewards based on achievement, efficiency, quality, upskilling knowledge and team work
