Basic Rigger

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Basic Riggers with a valid Tilt-Up Panel ticket to join a busy construction project in Muchea, just 30 minutes north of Perth. This is a great opportunity for those looking to join a professional and safety-focused team on a short-term basis, with the possibility of future opportunities on other projects.
You will be working on a structural construction project, assisting with steel erection and tilt-up panel installations, so previous experience in a similar role is essential. The site is well-organised and supportive, and offers paid travel time each way.
Key Responsibilities:

• Rigging duties including steel erection and positioning of precast tilt-up panels
• Operating safely in accordance with site and industry standards
• Working closely with the site supervisor and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Performing daily safety checks and maintaining a clean, safe work area

What Were Looking For:

• Basic Rigging High Risk Work License (HRWL)
• Tilt-Up Panel Ticket essential
• HRWL EWP (Elevating Work Platform)
• Construction Induction White Card
• Minimum 6 months of steel erection experience within the Perth metro area or 2 years’ experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment
• A valid drivers license and reliable transport
• A strong understanding of site safety procedures and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
