About The Role
In line with their market presence in Sydney and Brisbane together with a clear strategy of equity participation for high performing Associates and Directors, this opportunity to lead and build the commercial / private sector segment has been identified as a key strategic initiative for the Melbourne office and more broadly the national growth strategy.
High level technical QS skills are essential as is the ability to participate collegiality with your national peers, positively advocate for the firm with clients and stakeholders and have a commercial approach to revenue, profit and growth. Critical to success in this role is an alignment with company culture.
You will readily display a proven track record of achievement throughout your QS career and be at ease discussing your technical capability. Similarly, you will have a compelling history in leading and building teams, a strong focus on practice management and your strategic and business planning capability in identifying market segments, growth strategies and commercial acumen will be the foundation of future success.
About You
You will have completed relevant tertiary studies and ideally post graduate qualifications with either AIQS or RICS corporate membership preferred. As a senior member of the Melbourne team, you will value diversity and actively immerse yourself in their highly successful yet supportive and team centric culture. You will be confident in your oral and written communication have a high degree of self-awareness, advocacy and influence with clients and be hungry to build a high performing commercial / private sector team which works with and compliments the existing business.
