Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day transactional support, with a focus on financial and management reporting.

Job Description
What you bring to the table
You are an organised and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant with strong technical proficiency and experience within a financial reporting role. You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Financial Accountant and Senior Accounts Officer
- Supporting the CFO and Financial Controller
- Assist in the asset management function
- Perform month-end reporting, account reconciliations, and journals
- Assist with bank account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Processing of journals and preparing supporting work papers
- Review payments & submission of monthly BAS/GST & FBT, PAYG
- Assist with other general finance duties as required
You will also have
- Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry.
- Tertiary qualifications within a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create effective working relationships and contribute to the team in a proactive and positive manner.
