About Us
We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the energy sector seeking an experienced professional to join their team in an Asset Management & Operations capacity.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial, operational, and financial asset management, supporting the performance and optimisation of upstream energy assets.
About the role:
- Manage and support daily LNG and domestic gas operations, including coordination of lifting and nominations
- Oversee production allocation and lifting agreements, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external buyers on cargo scheduling and delivery activities
- Monitor and manage tolling fees, revenue streams, and commercial arrangements
- Prepare and maintain annual development plans (ADP) and support business planning processes
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, including financial performance, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities, tracking asset performance against targets
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across asset management functions
Skills and Experience:
- Experience within oil & gas, LNG, energy, or resources sector
- Background in asset management, commercial operations, or production / JV environments
- Understanding of LNG / gas operations or scheduling, Joint venture (JV) structures and production allocation, Commercial agreements and stakeholder coordination
- Strong analytical and financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and finance teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
