Asset Administrator

The Opportunity 

The Asset Administrator will play a key role providing Administration Support to the AMG Mt Marion Leadership team. You will be reporting directly the AMG Superintendent and be required to work an 8:6 FIFO-based roster. 

Mt Marion is located 40km south-west of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. MinRes manages all mining activities at Mt Marion, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tonnes (SC6 equivalent). 

Key responsibilities will include:  

• Managing department rosters, training and backfill requirements.
• Processing maintenance documents, work orders on CMMS, and time sheets.
• Maintaining asset management processes, data updates, work management, and safety systems.
• Support training requirements for the department
• Support site for making flight changes due to emergency situations.

What is required 

• Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, ideally within a mining or maintenance environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of fostering effective connections with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Outstanding time management and organisational abilities, able to handle competing priorities with ease.
• Commitment to safety and a passion for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of work.
• Technical proficiency with systems such as INX, AMT, Pronto and Coupa experience with these platforms will be highly regarded.
• Current WA Class Licence
