We are seeking a friendly and well natured individual to join our team as a Butchery Apprentice.

During your apprenticeship, you will be provided with mentoring while you complete on-the-job and off-the-job training. We’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you achieve your career goals.

What will you be doing?

A Certificate III in Meat Processing helps you develop the practical skills you need for a career as a retail butcher with this meat processing apprenticeship.  Our Host employer is an organisation delivering quality, reliable & affordable service.

Duties will include:

  • Customer service and sales
  • Food preparation and stock handling
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the workplace
  • Contributing to the ongoing success of the business as a team player

We are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Butchery Apprentice in either a School Based of Full-Time capacity, where you’ll receive mentoring and training toward a Certificate III in Meat Processing.
