About the role
Join Our Team as an Analyst Risk Management. In this role, you will be at the heart of our enterprise-wide risk management program, providing crucial analytical support and collaborating with various business units to drive key risk management initiatives.

What you will be doing
- Support the implementation of risk governance frameworks and standards across Orica.
- Collaborate with Group, Regional, and Functional stakeholders in risk management.
- Assess and monitor the effectiveness of risk management processes and adherence to standards.
- Facilitate risk and key control assessments per established frameworks.
- Proactively identify and manage risks for new projects and initiatives.
- Monitor material risks and review key controls and action plans.
- Maintain risk and controls data.
- Analyze data to enhance risk management practices at Orica.
- Facilitate reporting of risk information and management activities.
- Assist in developing guidance for risk management improvements.
- Support the development and rollout of risk training and communication programs across Orica.
What you will bring
- 3 years risk management experience in a relevant industry, large multinational organisation, or the consulting sector.
- Familiarity with ISO Risk Management Standard.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, engineering, or the mining industry is desirable.
- Proven experience working with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to facilitate risk assessments while effectively navigating challenges with diverse groups.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record in technical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization platforms is desirable.
