All-rounder / Multi-skilled Operators

The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Underground All-rounder / Multi-skilled Operators to join our team in the North Island, New Zealand.

This role is suited to operators who are confident working across multiple areas underground. While production drilling experience is highly regarded, this is not a dedicated driller role we are looking for adaptable operators who can jump across various equipment and tasks as required.

Position Details:

• Roster: Even time roster available (2&2 etc)
• Location: North Island, New Zealand
• Travel Options: FIFO, DIDO or Residential
• Compensation: Competitive New Zealand pay rates with plenty of overtime

Previous experience:

• Proven experience as an underground all-rounder / multi-skilled operator
• Production drilling (solo) experience highly desirable
• Strong bogger operating experience, including remote operation
• Capable of working across multiple UG tasks including: Bogging Production drilling (when required) Cable bolting Assisting on jumbos
• Comfortable working in solo and team environments
• Flexible, reliable, and safety-focused
