All-Round Operator – Rio Tinto Inducted

Unite Resourcing are currently seeking experienced All-Round Operators for ongoing works on a Rio Tinto inducted site.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term FIFO role on a major mining project with competitive hourly rates and consistent rosters.

Role Details:

• Position: All-Round Operator
• MUST BE RIO TINTO INDUCTED
• Rate: $55$65 p/h depending on machinery operated and experience
• Hours: 12 hour days (paid 11.5 hours) Dayshift only
• Roster: FIFO 2:1
• Flights: From Perth Only
• Start Date: Immediate
• Scope of Works: General earthworks and mobile plant operation
• Duration: Ongoing

Key Requirements:

• 3 years experience operating a range of mobile plant
• Must hold valid tickets for Moxy, Water Cart, Roller, Excavator, and Loader
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing site environment
• Strong safety focus and professional site conduct
• Previous FIFO experience preferred
• Rio Tinto Inducted (essential)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
