About The Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Air to Water Sales Executive to join our Air to Water team, covering New South Wales, including areas as far as up to Port Macquarie and Tweed Heads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment, with the requirement to attend the Sydney Head Office once a month for collaboration and training.
What You’ll Do:

  • Promote and sell Air to Water products across all sales channels, enhancing technical knowledge and supporting product development.
  • Deliver presentations and training seminars to customers, ensuring knowledge transfer and product understanding.
  • Provide technical support to customers and end users, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations to meet sales targets and provide post-sale technical support to ensure optimal product usage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage logistics, product availability, and marketing strategies.
  • Engage with consultants and end users to understand needs, offering tailored solutions to meet project specifications.
  • Perform market analysis and competitor benchmarking to maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Full Australian working rights are essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, with a background in HVAC or commercial plumbing.
  • Proven experience in preparing quotations, tender documents, and working with sales budgets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC/air to water heat pump industry, with knowledge of relevant ANZ regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and navigate complex sales situations.
  • A valid driver’s license (unrestricted) and the ability to travel as required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience would be highly regarded.
