Advisor – Recruitment

The Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles, including leadership and professional positions across in-unit and above-unit site operations, as well as portfolios such as Tastelife, Safety, and Omega.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
• Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded

The Person:

• Experience in white-collar recruitment, ideally within corporate, professional services, or site-based leadership environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for recruitment and a desire to grow your career in a values-driven, people-focused organisation.
