• Permanent FIFO/Residential role, 8/6 roster with 6% site allowance
• Occupational Health & Safety Advisor position at Agnew
• Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety or relevant experience required

Youll work closely with leaders across the business to embed Gold Fields safety values, shape critical conversations, and support a culture where people look out for themselves and each other. Youll make a meaningful impact by building a strong, proactive safety culture beyond systems and compliance. What Youll Do
Engage with site leaders to support delivery of Gold Fields Safety and Wellbeing Strategy
Coach and mentor frontline leaders to build confidence and capability in safety leadership
Facilitate and support incident investigations and risk management in Operations
Promote visible safety leadership through proactive field engagement and presence

What Youll Bring
A minimum of Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and experience in H&S roles within mining, heavy industry, or construction

Demonstrated understanding & application of relevant legislation

Experience with conducting Incident Investigations, preferably ICAM Methodology and Formal Risk Assessments

Lead Auditor Qualifications

Surface Ventilation Technician qualification would be advantageous
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build capability of frontline leaders and teams
