About the Role:
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Working across a range of teams, your tasks will vary but may include:
- General administrative support such as data entry, document formatting, and inbox management
- Assisting with system updates and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the coordination of meetings, events, and internal communications
- Preparing and editing documents and presentations
- Providing ad hoc support to consultants and leadership as required
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A quick learner who’s adaptable and willing to pitch in where needed
- Friendly and professional in communication, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently but happy to be part of a team
Prior administration experience is ideal, but we’re open to considering entry-level candidates with the right attitude.
