Our client is looking for a switched-on Administrator to join their team for an ongoing assignment.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm or 8am – 4pm

Pay Rate: $ p/h Super

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing assignment – depending on client requirements

The Role

Ensure adjustments are investigated where required.

  • Mitigation of all WA DC caused out of stock risks.
  • Inventory team point of contact for all things regarding space, capacity, out of stocks.
  • Manage and control inventory risks that potentially could create operational and financial impacts.
  • Ensure inventory procedures are compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in wider inventory team projects to minimise stock losses.
  • Assist with quick wins and projects.
  • Running daily/weekly reporting to execute strategies, using Swisslog warehouse management systems, SAP planning systems and MS Excel.
  • Liaising with DC warehouse team to ensure all space and capacity strategies are executed perfectly.

Experience / Skills Required

  • Experience creating and utilising MS Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas is critical.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions under time constraints.
  • Experience dealing with multiple priorities.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders to form an agreed plan – excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to ensure plans are effectively communicated.
