ABOUT THE ROLE
The Administrative Officer will be organised and detail focussed. Youll manage documentation, coordinate meetings and assist with administrative and secretariat duties to ensure efficiency and effective workflow. You will also support stakeholder engagement by managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
You will be responsible for:
- Administrative support to the Response Policy team.
- Distribute meeting papers, reports and record keeping.
- Stakeholder communication and liaison, including scheduling meetings.
- Monitor shared inboxes and maintain external facing webpages.
- Support development of meeting minutes and maintain administrative functions for multiple committees and working groups.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:
- demonstrated experience in an administrative support role, including drafting emails to a high standard, development and distribution of meeting papers, maintaining contact lists and record keeping.
- demonstrated experience establishing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed.
- excellent verbal and written skills.
- selfmotivation with a high level of initiative and strong attention to detail.
- excellent organisational and time management skills.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), record-management systems and general computer literacy.
